Return Policy

Nite Notes offers a conditional return policy for all products purchased from this website. Unused or unopened products may be returned with the original purchase receipt within 30 days of receipt for full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

Nite Notes unused products may also be returned without the original receipt within 90 days of receipt for a full online store credit of purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

Nite Notes will exchange any product that is damaged or broken from normal use for 50% off the current website price plus shipping and handling. No questions asked.

How to Return Merchandise:

Products should be returned in their original packaging. Please indicate your reason for return on the packing slip included in your original shipment. For your protection, we recommend that you return using UPS or Insured US Postal Service for all returns.
